They called at 11:15 AM

phone kept ringing for 4 minutes, then no one there.

calls every day. female caller leaves message saying the call is regarding a business matter. at the end of messsage she reveals that the call is an attemt to "collect" a debt. then rattles off the usual debt collector and YOUR privacy act/LAW...i don't know who i have NOT paid but this needs to stop. wonder if it is for roomate???gee??..CALLER/DEBT COLLECTOR...keep it up...you're breakin rules(laws). Keep REVEALING and leaving personal credit/debt info on message machines. there are big-time laws on that one!

This caller left a harassing message on my home phone number and said I had 24 hours to contact them back, that they would be serving me with papers between 9 - 2 today. They have obtained my sister's cell number who is an amputee and in a nursing home and have continued to harassed her with numerous phones calls and threats. I do not know how they obtained her cell phone number or my home phone number. When I called them back I got a man who advised this was a matter from 1994 and the papers would be served and I had better be home to receive them. I attempted to let them know I was returning their call and he begin screaming and claiming I called him. I have never heard of these people and would like to know my legal options in this situation. I called the number the machine says "big scam company" that makes them double STUPID! I DONT HAVE UNLIMITED TEXTING!!! Shouldnt our cell providers protect us from stupid ppl like this one?

I received a text where it said if i was interested in the front desk job I had applied for to call back.
